Here are some ideas for those who do not have time and are cheap and easy but are pretty funny (well, to me)
Black eye pea: make a black eye with make-up and wear a big P on your shirt
Quarterback: Make a Quarter (25¢) on a large circle of cardboard and tape it to your back
Ceiling fan: Wear a T-shirt that says "Go Ceilings!"
Nudist on strike: Wear what ever and have a picket saying "Nudist on strike" OR have a shirt that says "nudiest on strike"...and then make a picket sign saying "we wont bare until you care"
Refrigerator magnet: paint a shoebox completely black, attach it to back
Quarter Pounder: Carry a quarter and a hammer
Black mail: Wear all black and put a postage stamp (enlarged, if possible) on your chest
Some couple Ideas:
Tooth Fairy - She dresses up as the tooth fairy (glittery dress, tiara and wand) and carries a basket filled with coins and "teeth" (you can make teeth out of clay and paint them white). He wears pajamas, carries a pillow and has a blackened front tooth (buy "Tooth Black" from a costume store...don't use a marker!).
Hawaiian Punch: One person should dress like a boxer (boxing shorts, boxing gloves, lines beneath the eyes), while the other person dresses like a Hula-girl (grass skirt, bikini top, and a lei)
Maybe these ideas are corny... hahaha but I hope it helped at least one person!

alot of you guys have cool ideas/costumes but you need characters that are easily distinguishable... i feel like alot of these ideas are going to be seen by 99% of people and they wont have a clue who/what you are... maybe just me but id like people to know what im dressed up as without getting asked every 2 seconds

I'm going as a Nickolodeon Guts kid. Bought a shirt and a yellow helmet and I'm going to be wearing knee pads and elbow pads. Told some bishs at the bar on Friday about it and they all said it was awesome, hopefully the ones this weekend do as well.
