Iirc, jay was talking about how his main focus this year was symmetry and refinement "because we all know hes got the mass to hang with anyone" in the 3 week out quad training video
this is the video i am refering to, but it won't load for me to double check on his comments

how, in 3 weeks, did all of this change? his symmetry is worse than ever, his balance is worse than ever. Jay isn't one to bull****, so what happened?

I do think Dorian won with worse issues, but Jay was not more conditioned than Phil, just bigger. Jay looks more conditioned than last year and his issues are not severely detracting from his overall look, but he is a little flat. His lats look improved from last year, so better V-taper than last year. I have Phil winning though.
