looked into it but cost more than anything else i have seen and 8 pills in one serving?

8 pills because it has large amounts of extras. You can take 4-8 a day, as you like. At 4/day, it would last 2 months, and you'd be getting a high quality multi, and great antiox support.Originally Posted by ispoody1243

Controlled Labs Orange Triad would be my top pick. Heaps of ebay stores that sell it locally in Aus for a reasonable price.
Second choice would probably be Gaspari Anavite.
Can't really think of any other multis easily found in Australia I'd recommend honestly.
