    can't stop sweating

    I need advice.
I run during my 1 hour lunch break. When I return, I take a cold shower and try to cool off. No matter how long I stay in the shower, I still sweat when I get out. In fact, I sweat for an hour or so after, so my clothes are wet and I look, feel, and probably smell nasty for the rest of the day.

Is there a better way to cool off quickly?

Don't raise your temperature as high (i.e. exercise less).

    Drink more cold water.
Try to actually relax and not do much.

sweating is just the body's way of regulating body temperature.

what are you doing after you shower that keeps you sweating so much. try to time your workouts so you have ample time to cool down and recover after.
