What I said about his pride is true, why else would he say two bands using the same techniques don't sound similar? If I found out the tremolo riff in the song I posted was a carbon copy of a riff from a BM band's song he'd say it was BM when they did it.

I don't understand your point brah. are hardstyle and trance forms of EDM? Is black metal and metalcore sub-genres of metal? yes, yes.

Have you actually ever listend to them be honset. This has kind of got transformed into something it isn't in my OP what I said about BT was:

"Bleeding Through (The aspcets of Black Metal that I love mixed with Hardcore, best Hardcore band IMO)"

The aspects BM contains and I love (and correct me if it doesn't) are:

    -Tremolo picking
    -Blast Beats
    -Shrieking high pitched vocals

BT contains all of those elements (again correct me if I'm wrong).

Although I'll admit they aren't technically a Hardcore band and I guess I got shut down by mr.winkles

If someone said "I'll give you £1 million to if you tell me what genre of Metal I am thinking about. It's main elements are shrieked high pitch vocals, blast beats and tremolo picking" rs cracktheskye what would you answer him? Chances are Metalcore would pretty low down

Yeah if you chose those elements to describe bleeding through. You could also ask someone to name the genre I am describing when I say "****gy heartbreak lyrics, bro-screams, harmonic minor staccato riffs and generic blast beats" you would probably think of metalcore, which is exactly what bleeding through are.

    for their original music only:

    pink floyd
    tool
    nas
    thievery corporation
    crystal method

I would choose a DJ or two but thats kind of cheating as they play everyone elses music, otherwise I would include Armin Van Buuren for a never ending supply of trance

Strong avoiding my question. You know those are the key elements of BM and BT contains those elements(which for some reason you deny). I never said BT was a BM band I said they contained its key elements. I think you misunderstood me and thought I was saying BT were BM which I wasn't. I listen to alot of Metalcore (no homo) and BT are the only band I listen to that contains Blast Beats, Tremolo Picking and Shrieking Vocals (aka Black Metal's key elements) which is why I said what I said. I also don't get why you are trying to tear down what music I listen to it's pointless, did you not see my OP? Bon Jovi is are my top 5 bands there is nothing more you can say.

EDIT: Strong avoing my entire post.

You were mentioning not being able to compare Trance and Hardstyle even though Hardstyle technically originated from Trance. Stop being immature posting pictures ^^. Of course trance, hardstyle etc. are forms of EDM. All i did above was simplify what i was trying to say above, if anyone needs a gold star for trying, it should be you. Of-course you are going to say I'm wrong because after reading you pointless argument with the person above, I realized just how dumb you are. Getting my point across with you would be a waste of time and this will be my last response on the matter.
