Lately i've been feeling constantly tired, out of energy, unless i take caffeine. I'm bulking and definitely get enough protein and carbohydrates. And i sleep 9 hours per day. Could it be because i only have two piece of fruit per day (usually bananas), and dont take a multi?

Two sources of fat:
50g of almonds per day (24g fat)
2 tablespoons of olive oil on top of tuna (9g).
Total calories varies from 3000-3500 per day - i dont have a set amount of carbs, depends on how full i feel. But i have minimums which gets me to 3000cals (with 235g of protein per day).
For caffiene I usually have 2 or 3 strong espressos per day. edit: plus 2 or 3 cups of tea but they have a tiny amount of caffiene inMod negged for "whos the blackest man in the world" thread.

I don't consistently eat very many fruits and vegetables each day. The only thing I am consistent about is eating a banana and a half a day and an apple twice per week. Occasionally I'll have a tomato on my burger, some carrots, salad or berries.
I don't see the need to consume a lot of fruits or vegetables since I consume a lot of nuts, meat, beans, oats, wheat, yogurt, milk, cheese, peanut butter and eggs and I don't normally take a multi. The only thing I have to worry about is vitamin C.
Come at me bros.

You're right i forgot 300ml of milk, which is another 9.5g of fat. Apart from that i cant think of any fat sources - my meat sources are tuna and trimmed skinless chicken breast.
My energy in the gym is fine, but in the rest of the day I feel physically tired. Caffeine helps keep me mentally energetic (i teach so thats important), but doesnt stop my body feeling tired.Mod negged for "whos the blackest man in the world" thread.

This made me realise i havent really kept track of my diet lately. So i've totalled up what i eat, here are the details. I get plenty of fat, way more than i thought, so that's not the reason im tired a lot:
Daily diet (no particular order, i just tick them off when i've ate them):
1 banana: 105 cals 0g fat 27g carbs 1g protein
1 banana: 105 cals 0g fat 27g carbs 1g protein
3 scoops protein: 360 cals 6g fat 10.5g carbs 66g protein
blueberry juice: 136 cals 0g fat 36g carbs 2g protein
1 tin tuna: 132 cals 0g fat 0g carbs 32g protein
2tbsp olive oil: 240 cals 27g fat 0g carbs 0g protein
50g almonds: 290 cals 26g fat 3g carbs 11.5g protein
300g chicken: 453 cals 9g fat 0g carbs 87g protein
250ml milk: 150 cals 7.7g fat 11.75g carbs 7.5g protein
Muesli 150g: 607 cals 18g fat 94.5g carbs 17g protein
Cals: 2570
Carbs: 210g
Fat: 94g
Protein: 225g
I then add another 100-200g of carbs from pasta or baked potato depending on my hunger that day, bringing me to 3000-3300 cals a day.Mod negged for "whos the blackest man in the world" thread.

I generally don't eat fruit at all... But eat quite a few vegetables... Usually salad/broccolli/squash/mushrooms/peppers or whatever else I happen to have. Frankly, I just don't like fruit, if i buy it, it usually spoils, and don't really like adding it to my meal b/c hardly anything I eat would be good with it (maybe mango salsa or something). I probably have 5 frozen bananas in my fridge b/c they would have spoiled otherwise, that is what ends up with them, some day I will make a cheat meal of banana bread. I think fruit is extremely overrated. I'll eat maybe 1 piece of fruit a week. I'm not on a low carb diet or anything, I just don't see the big need for fruits.
