How many caffeinated drinks do have a day?

Since you might be using it for school I feel obligated to help. As a college student myself I feel the pain.

Caffeine is excluded from my diet (other than the small amount that is in pre-workouts). So, if you include that I would say it is about the same as 1 cup of coffee per day.

I rarely drink soda, coffee, or tea..

My weakness is energy drinks! I am NOT a morning person so if I have to get up before 10am I usually have a monster, rockstar, or something similar. I also take prework supplements in free form (beta-alanine, creatine, etc) to avoid all the stims. Oh, and green tea extract

Great feed back! Both related and puppy wise haha, I can already see a wide range. I myself try to stay between 2 cups of green tea and a coffee, don't want end up like my dad who gets a headache if he doesn't have his entire 48oz thermos :P

before I started taking ********? 200mg x 3 a day worth. so about 3 x 20oz coffees w/ ephedra

now w/ ********... oooh.. 3 x100mg no ephedra? maybe 10oz x 4 a day or so.

I used to have a few, usually 2 coffees, 2 or 3 cups if tea. But now I've been taking an energy supplement that has quite a bit of caffeine along with some other energy boosting compounds, so I really try to avoid any other caffeine for the rest of the day, otherwise I tend to get a little jittery!
