As title says, includes anything coffee, soda, tea, etc. This maybe the start to my che170 experiment lol

Since you might be using it for school I feel obligated to help. As a college student myself I feel the pain.
Caffeine is excluded from my diet (other than the small amount that is in pre-workouts). So, if you include that I would say it is about the same as 1 cup of coffee per day.

I rarely drink soda, coffee, or tea..
My weakness is energy drinks! I am NOT a morning person so if I have to get up before 10am I usually have a monster, rockstar, or something similar. I also take prework supplements in free form (beta-alanine, creatine, etc) to avoid all the stims. Oh, and green tea extract
