    noob with supplements. please comment

    I'm cutting now but soon I'm going into bulking. Im planning to take: * Fish oil/Vitamin C/Multivitamins/Protein whey/Green tea extracts/weight gainer/BCAA. Advice please

    Way too much. Until you become good with diets, you will never be good with supplements. Eat the right food and you wont need half of those supplements (saving you a lot of money)

    Lose the Bcaa for bulk. Not necessary. Also don't really need vitamin C, since it's already going to be in your multi. May just give you the poops if you intake a lot of vitamin c. ALSO take creatine, it's pretty great!

    How about this. When Im bulking: Multi, Vit C, Green tea, Protein whey, weight gainer. When Im cutting sub weight gainer with BCAA. I dont want creatine b/c i have acne and I dont want moar

    Personally I like BCAA's for recovery. How come you need Vitamin C? With weight gainers, you're paying for convenience. It's much cheaper to put whey, peanut butter, oats, and milk in a blender and mix it up

    You should name the specific products you are looking at. *Not all multis use the same forms of vitamins and minerals. *Some forms are much better than others for instance.
