anyone every do it before and care to tell me how? i'd like to go from 205-180 .. leaving for vaca in 25 days.. i've gone from 233-205 in the past 2 months.. i want to speed this up..
don't tease me. i just want to lose weight.. i'll deal with gaining it back when i'm no longer on the beach. thx in advance

25 pounds of fat? Not happening without lipo or an illegal drug, and I'm not sure that the latter would do it. 25 pounds of fat and water and muscle? Maybe. Highly unhealthy and stupid. If you're severely overweight, the ten extra pounds won't make much of a difference. Aim for ten pounds of quality fat loss, it's a lofty goal in its own right in 20 days.

LMAO! hahaha .. good one.. i thought i'd see "cut off an arm" but this beats that by far. i already plan to take them all on angles.. but there is also the issue of my bf feeling my fat jiggle .. too bad there is no photoshop for real life .. i'm gonna try this other diet i read.. i'll post my progress here since i joined this forum

A friend of mine back in high school used to use meth and stay up for 2-3 weeks straight. He was able to shed weight extremely fast. Granted he looked like he was going through chemo, and later he served a few years in jail, but he accomplished what you hope to do.
But, if you're at 205 you can lose about 2.5-3# a week and not end up looking like death. Once you hit 195 you're better off losing 2# a week.
Or, another option is going strict ketogenic. You'll see 5# the first week due to water loss. Then you'll be at 2-3#/week again. Also when you get on vacation and eat carbs that water weight will come right back.
Best option, eat 170g protein, 90g fat and don't exceed 2100 calories a day while exercising 5 times a week (3 strength, 2 cardio days). This will get you to where you want to be in 12-15 weeks.

Lol I was actually typing up an "amputate ur leg up to mid thigh" but I guess I won't now.
Serious, why not do a juice fast for the next 25 days? Some people swear by juice fasts as a means of detox and weight loss. But it won't get you all of the results you want.
25 pounds in 25 days = 1 pound a day fat loss. 1 pound of fat = 3500 calories. Your maintenance level, as a woman, is less than 3500 calories, therefore if you ate absolutely nothing for the next three weeks and drank only water you would still not lose 20 lbs of legit weight unless you coupled that plan with an INSANE!!! amount of cardio. Like maybe an hour and a half a day with no food ever lol.

Track your food a little closer or exercise a little more and you can increase it some.
Granted I'm a guy, so things are different for me, but from 235-195 I never saw less than 2# a week lost. If I stuck with 2,000 calories I'd see 3# loss in a week.
I wouldn't aim for more than 3# a week. Otherwise you'll end up soft and small, and toned is way hotter.IIFYM..... is it science or a cult?

JUICING! yes!!! or maybe almased along with fruits and vegetables? it supposedly resets your metabolism. idk.. i read this forum all the time.. u all are experts.. if u all REALLY don't think i can do it i won't even waste my time. thanks for the suggestion. either way i am going to do something crazy for the next 25 days and i'll post my weight loss daily

wow randy.. 235-195.. u sound like where i want to be.. it must have been hard. this **** sucks. congrats. i've been averaging about 3 lbs a week so i'll keep doing what i was doing.. prob just do cardio twice a day instead of once.. so i can still lose a little more and keep some kind of healthiness to myself

Juicing is the ****. I did a juice fast for like 2 days and I felt amazing. You get a rush of mental clarity (not just me- everyone feels it) that you can only get through fasting. It's why pretty much all mainstream religions have practiced it for thousands of years, for the "spritiual" side of it. Seriously, I felt enlightened on it. I need to do it again someday, and for more than 2 days. Just make sure you READ A LOT ABOUT IT. Don't just wing it- you really need to educate yourself if you're going to do something like going without food.*

yea i did master cleanse for 9 days and i did it during finals time.. i was so focused. the mental clarity was definitely excellent. i gained the weight back (12 lbs) immediately after i drank a glass of juice though. but it was nice for cleaning my system, my skin was glowing and dewy,.. the absolute best

OP--let's break this down. You are a 200 pound female, you are not going to look like Ally Mcbeal if you flush an extra ten pounds of water and muscle. You've lost weight very quickly so far, which is commendable. Just keep that up. If you want to do something stupid, that will give quality results, there is an illegal drug that will make you lose a 1/2 pound of fat a day. It could also give you cataracts, and melt you from the inside. I've given you enough info about it in the prior sentence that you can find it. It's a horrible idea.
You're best off doing what you've been doing, and being patient. Good luck.

Actually once I started tracking my food it was/is easy. I lift 5x a week, and do cardio on my off days. I'm at 194 now and eat 2100-2200 calories most days. I'm not in a rush, so I aim for 2# a week. Once I hit 184 I might slow it to 1# a week. Maintaining strength is important to me, as I was fat with little underlying muscle.
Take your time. And watch the attitude- you've pushed away a few people on here that are actually chock full of knowledge (and likely deterred others that could have helped more).IIFYM..... is it science or a cult?
