Im 33,and train all natural,always have.Basic vits,Whey,Creatine and plenty of good food.Train w/no prtnr,train right,train hard always,proper form,full range of motion,change routines weekly etc....I pretty much know my ****,but still learn something new every day.
Im looking to do my first PH Cycle of H-Drol (most likely). I know jack **** about boosting test levels when it comes to PH's and Gear. So I refuse to just buy the **** and lose all gains or take any chance harming my body.I will only do this one way and thats the right way.
I been doing alot of reading and there are a million ppl with a million opinions,all this reading is confusing the hell out of me with what to get in terms of PCT's,OTC's mainly.Cortisol(stress hormone),what exactly is the deal with cortisol?.I know the goal is keep test levels high and keep down Estrogen levels.
I already got the whole liver support thing down pact.I will be starting a liver support cycle 2 weeks prior to starting a PH cycle and well also use a cycle assist while doing the H-Drol,most likely CE's Cycle assist or/and inhibit e.
What im mainly confused about is whats the difference between OTC and PCT? Whats a serm( ive heard there can be bad side effects)(is serm a PCT)?Is it necessary to stack with 3,4 or 5 things when otc pct? I wanna just know exactly what i would need to keep as much of my my gains and keep myself out of harms way as best as possible.My training and diet will stay spot on.If im doing this,imma train even harder and try and eat even more than i do now,which is about 2000-3000 calories daily.best im able to do for now.
I would appreciate any advice and hoping this can be kept as simple as possible. Thnx to anyone for the advice there going to give.

may not get a lot of responses here as they don't allow ph/ds talk anymore so I'll answer the questions not directly relating to h-drol.
Cortisol is a hormone that aids in fat storage among other things. This seems to come up about week 3 or PCT so many will tell you add cortisol contral starting then.
OTC = Over the Counter
PCT = Post Cycle Therapy.
Your PCT can be over the counter or other (aka SERM). SERMS are recommended, but many people have run "beginner" ph's with OTC.
You'll want to run Cycle Assist during your run and not just inhibit-e.....therefore, you shouldn't have the "and/or" when talking about them.
