Anywho, found the problem with my left shoulder. It sits higher than my right and I have issues flexing my trap which is because of weakened scapular depressors on that side. I need to find some movements to activate/strengthen this. The one arm Facepulls help but they're not quite what I'm looking for. I'm thinking a ****ton of low trap stuff.
So much school stuff tomorrow. Gonna be insane. Last day of co-op as well finally! Then having a small kiki at night.

So shoulders were a bit tender to start th session and I saw 135 in the squat rack, so walked over and banged off a few sets of fronts. Magically I set a pr on them....

And in fukking jeans. Lol. Was pretty easy as well. I could have easily gotten another good rep in before it got ugly. Woot!
Focused on the contraction and retraction/depression on the rear delts. Omg so good.
Finally done all the big stuff for school. Helluva day. French essay, Englishn ISU presentation, last day of godforsaken co-op. feelsgoodman.
Unfortunately, my friend decided to chode out on me and not show up so twas a boring evening. -.-
Yet another reason for the shoulde bothering me: tight fukkin biceps. Stretching em out a bunch now.

Thanks Kyle. I was super surprised tbh since I haven't front squatted heavy let alone back squats or without straps and belt in a long time. Add that to the fact that I walked a mile with a 30lb backpack to the gym from school and was wearing jeans and you have some very unlikely circumstances
The big pasta is horrible lol. The brand is primeluci. I'm out of Barilla and so basically subsisting on scraps until I can get to the store tomorrow to grab some.

Dropping cals by 100 so that im at 5.1k since I have gained a little faster than I wanted this month - 5lbs haha.
Soooo insanely depressed all day about life in general. Plagued me from pretty much the time I woke up. Was well rested to boot. Finally cleared up about 930 (1 hour before i finished work) which was nice.
I have almost no left rear delt 0.o
