    Cut or Bulk? %Bf?

    Hi! I've been a few months without going to the gym and I'd like to get an advice if i should start with a cut or start bulking. Also, i'd like to know my bf% and what muscles i should work the most. Thx ^^

    In my mind; you should always be cutting as you are bulking. Odd but, just increase the cardio and dieting imo.

    Clean bulk, no point cutting as you need more muscular mass. You've got a good base though. Base your workout around compound lifts and don't neglect the legs.
