    Optimal insulin spike?

    I'm not sure where you're going with that run-on paragraph, but the bottom line is:

    5g creatine everyday for the first month, at any time of day
    3-5g creatine per workout day thereafter

    So, 5g creatine everyday for the first month and then 3-5g creatine on JUST workout days (not off days) after the first month is over?

    That is correct. At your BW, do 5g on workout days.

    And he needs it post workout because..?

    And the 'insulin spike" makes a miniscule difference. A good creatine is already bioavailable heck

    I never loaded, any love monohydrate. Personally, I find a drastic difference from 5g to 10g post-workout.. enough difference to the point where I would never take 5g ever again, but thats just me.

    Now it's pretty well full of little 170-180lb runts that typically fall into 1 or more of 3 categories: supptards who rely upon the people taking their money to provide their education; sellouts (broke poor people who become "company rep" rather than keep their integrity); and parrots who just repeat what they hear despite there being no evidence to back their suggestions. You get the rare member who is truly realistic, experienced, and honest. But it's rare.
    Your body = a building under construction
    Food = bricks
    Hormones = workers
    (supplements = worthless decorations)
    You can bring in all the workers you want, but if you don't bring in extra bricks for them to use, they can't do any more work.

    Supp section - where 180lb runts pretend to know bb'ing

    You don't NEED to take a multi. Vitamins only help if you have a deficiency. Sheeple.

    I am 99.9% sure he was poking fun at the OP's consistent use of the word. Everyone is too eager to correct everyone that sarcasm detection becomes obsolete.

    Absolutely zero reason to load creatine, 5g a day will do you well, you could even get by with 3g if need be.

    I am taking my creatine post-workout with my whey protein shake. Would I see any benefits if I took my creatine with grape juice instead of in my post-workout shake? Or mixing the grape juice in with my post-workout shake?

    I actually agree with Dorian from personal experience.

    Just because you havent seen it doesnt mean it didnt happen. I have no problem with you disagreeing with decline as being worthwhile, and I even admit that science may not be on my side with regards to decline. But I have anecdotally found it to be very beneficial and will continue to keep it in my routine (at the very least, placebo is a powerful tool)

    Yup. Definitely nothing to consider hype. Support sure. Suggest yup. HYPE? Not in any form of "hype" in the English language.

    Are you and I even reading the same thread? I in no way tried to talk anybody out of anything. And as for having a problem with it, heck that's not my problem if i you do or don't. Have a problem for all I care. It's like peeing on yourself... you're the only one who will feel it. If you like the decline do it. Means jack crap to me. I just wanted to know who was said to HYPE it. Apparently the correct answer is NOBODY.

    I don't speak nettardese, so "game is in check" means nothing to me. But I guess it doesn't take much for you to believe something is being hyped. We apparently view hyping as two very different things. No biggie. View it as you wish. I'll do the same. Keep declining.
