even so what about optimal insulin spike if he plans to use it post workout as I mentioned? upset stomach? are there no studies quoting the opposite? also I think we are missing the forest for the tree here.. ok lets say it doesnt break down (and yeah i will look into it since maybe I was misled into a false belief that it does)...my point is can some1 help out this guy rather than school grade his grammer! and by all means Im not bashing anyone, I think its cool fixing grammar as long as the question is answered..just giving my opinion trying to help...i used to be on this forum back when answers had more depth and much debate. maybe Im outta line... but hey..maybe i just learnt something new today!

Now it's pretty well full of little 170-180lb runts that typically fall into 1 or more of 3 categories: supptards who rely upon the people taking their money to provide their education; sellouts (broke poor people who become "company rep" rather than keep their integrity); and parrots who just repeat what they hear despite there being no evidence to back their suggestions. You get the rare member who is truly realistic, experienced, and honest. But it's rare.

Food = bricks
Hormones = workers
(supplements = worthless decorations)
You can bring in all the workers you want, but if you don't bring in extra bricks for them to use, they can't do any more work.

You don't NEED to take a multi. Vitamins only help if you have a deficiency. Sheeple.

I actually agree with Dorian from personal experience.
Just because you havent seen it doesnt mean it didnt happen. I have no problem with you disagreeing with decline as being worthwhile, and I even admit that science may not be on my side with regards to decline. But I have anecdotally found it to be very beneficial and will continue to keep it in my routine (at the very least, placebo is a powerful tool)Last edited by powercage; 07-24-2011 at 11:50 AM.

Yup. Definitely nothing to consider hype. Support sure. Suggest yup. HYPE? Not in any form of "hype" in the English language.
Are you and I even reading the same thread? I in no way tried to talk anybody out of anything. And as for having a problem with it, heck that's not my problem if i you do or don't. Have a problem for all I care. It's like peeing on yourself... you're the only one who will feel it. If you like the decline do it. Means jack crap to me. I just wanted to know who was said to HYPE it. Apparently the correct answer is NOBODY.Your body = a building under construction

I don't speak nettardese, so "game is in check" means nothing to me. But I guess it doesn't take much for you to believe something is being hyped. We apparently view hyping as two very different things. No biggie. View it as you wish. I'll do the same. Keep declining.
