well i just started working out as a hobby, prob have only done about 10ish workouts
my goals are bigger arms, flatter chest, more defined abdominal muscles, pretty much just a clean, cut build thats ready for the beach.
Starting picture is in my avatar, if it helps im 6'3" 185 ibs
would love to here any diet tips or workout suggestions
