Optimum BCAA Powder

I purchased some BCAA in powder form. I have mixed it with water, gatorade, and even tried coffee. It won't mix. I drank it down anyway. It is very bitter and my tongue feels funny from it.

I notice some people take it with their shake. The BCAA in the whey are almost the same so it would seem like a waste. I was going to just use it with high protein foods.

Any suggestions what to mix it with?

That's the nature of BCAAs. You have to dilute them quite some in order for them to dissolve. Add more liquid, mix, and wait a bit.

You can also just chug them down as you did. No problem with that.

They are hydrophobic. Nothing you can do. Just give a shake and swig. Shake and swig. Not recommended to use a glass and spoon.

I mix the serving size with 8oz of Orange Juice in the blender bottle and I can't even taste the BCAAs
