What kind of warm up sets should I do for each lift before doing my working weight? Is it a must to do warm ups, or can I just go right into what I would usually lift for reps? Also how much weight should I add each week? 5 to bench and bent over rows/cleans, overhead press? And 10 to squats, deads?

Warmups are actually not covered well in the book. Here is a link to a warmup calculator that I use that works pretty well.....

You asked 5 basic questions that are answered in the book. They are basic questions that people with experience know how to handle. If you don't know the answer to these questions, you should read the book because there are more difficult issues you won't know either because you don't have the experience to answer the simple questions.
