gh15=nasser??

gh 15 is Roland Gziurlok, he's from Poland, lived in Germany. Made a storm debut as a kind of "Wunderkind" (Arnold '96)... Met him ones at the Fibo in Germany Essen, very nice guy, soft spoken, made jokes about the others and the Weiders/"industry". When we joked about WW2 and me coming from Holland he joked that i had to claim my grandmothers bicycle back from the Germans while i was there :-) Manfred Hoebler (strongman) had to silence us as things where getting out of hand...
He may be living in Germany but is a proud individual and didn't think of himself as a German.
Very big for that timeframe, knew al the pro's of that time and definitely knew how to outgrow them!
Burnt like dynamite en was never to bee seen of again (after 2 years)...

Up until 2000 Nasser was bigger than Ronnie. Doesn't mean he was better but he was definitely bigger, also Nasser never went against the bigger/better version of Ronnie (if we consider his prime was in 2003).
In 98, first Ronnie's Olympia win, he wasn't the biggest on stage. Even Levrone was slightly bigger/heavier than Coleman in 98.
People tend to forget that Coleman was human once instead of a giant alien.

Horrible? Lol. That is a great pic of Nasser. It's not a stage pic, but it highlights many of the positives in his physique.

Why is there so much hate on Nasser? I think he had one of the best physiques to ever go on Mr.O stage. Should have been crowned at least once Mr.O. gh15 is right in many things he say he just gets a lot os haters because he tells the truth, just like Nasser did, and the truth isn't good to sell magazines or supplements which this industry is all about. Professional bodybuilding is not a sport it is an industry just like WWE.

I haven't heard that from gh15, read on a sauce forum that shows pretty legitimate sources.
Farah actually uses it (a-bombs) on show days and close, thus the megadosing of letro. It makes sense if you look for the type of look his athletes show specially branch.
Off course you don't want to use the a-bombs without any type of megadosed aid to prevent water retention and good femara is hard to get. This is nothing new, dorian was big into the a-bombs as well but i read many gurus nowadays avoid it close to show day or weeks out because of the risk it carries of the guys showing up watery.
