    no access to gym

hi guys, am working away 4 a while so have no accsess to my gym/ boxing equipment, therefore have designed this routine to stay in shape and keep boxing/mma skills up.
Let me know what you think people, greatly appreciated.

20mins shadow boxing (high kicks, low kicks, kness elbows and strikes)

    5x 30 press ups
    5x 30 diamond press ups
    5x 20 wide press ups
    5x20 close press ups
5x20 various pull ups and chin ups
    5x50 squats

I will do this every day for the next 2 weeks, usually do same sort of stuff on all in 1 body weight station but as i say no current access to any equipment what so ever.
Let me know what you think guys.

    Appreciated

How about add some more exercises like chair dips, hanging leg raises, box jumps, etc. Do some sprints/running. Then instead of doing everything every day, I would do upper body one day, lower body the next, and power another. This way you would be working your whole body and allowing time for recovery.

Looks like a deck of cards workout. It looks good, lots of tricep work though... I'm assuming since you're popping out 150 push ups no biggie you're probably accustomed to them. Maybe you can strap on a bookbag with some rocks in it for added resistance? Anyways, you can always add some back resistance too, maybe you can find a thick tree branch to use for pull downs or something similar?

you could always get a bin bag or something simlier put a plate inside it tie it to your legs for added resistence on chin ups.

noticed a kids play park over from where im staying with monkey bars, might slip them in my workout 2, can usually do 50 push ups straight but want to break it down a tad so i dont burn out. Im doin my pull ups on a toilet door fram atm so its a bitch to grip lol.

Thanks n e ways guys may drop a few sprints in b4 doin me shadow strikeing. Ino theres loads of tri work in there so am tryin to add a bit more bicep work to match it which is where the monkey bars come in.
