Yeah, I was ~5'10 pretty close if not 5'11.. But I have gotten to 6'0. ****'s weird, didn't notice till they took my height for my hernia surgery.Originally Posted by graysonwc

Started playing soccer again. Decline sit-ups, oblique crunches, and hanging arm straps with legs straight 3x10 with 3x15 box jumps in between. Just lowering body fat exposes your core, and lats make you look alpha as ****.Originally Posted by SuppFiend
