    It looks like a really nice and balanced workout...And will be good if one's pressed for time... Do you use wide or narrow grip for upright rows? And do you row all the way up to neck or just chest?

    notes-
    good session. it's been a long time since i've gone real heavy on flat press and today i felt really good under the bar. my plan was to jump my sets up by 50, 40, 30, 20 and so on but i knew that would gas me before i got to 305 so there were a couple repeats. i missed the second 305 rep but the first was pretty smooth and the 285 set was cake so i'm getting back on track for 315 and then some. i usually do pullovers on pulling days but i needed a good stretch after the press and flys. dips to finish the day off and now time to eat
