Squat Problem
Our gym doesn't have a squat rack, only alternative to that is a smith machine
And the damn weight plates are only 15kg, 20kg and 25kg, so technically I can't add small amount of pounds. Any improvised ideas?

You have 2 options before you if you´re serious about getting into lifting. A) Join a new, better gym with a longer commute. or B) Buying your own equipment.
Buying your own equipment can often be better in the long-run. Depending on where you live you can get it for very cheap when bought used. Remember, you can also resell it at a later date if you need to. Another pro is of course that you can use it whenever you need to and you never have to worry about someone hogging the bench/squat rack. You don´t need a lot, especially if you´re powerlifting.

A dip and pullup station would be excellent as well. How much grass could an ass to grass squater squat if an ass to grass squater could squat grass?
