JCOSLEY'S ANIMAL RAGE REVIEW
FOCUS: 10/10 - The focus on this stuff is just outstanding. I'm an early bird and workout in the morning, usually take my fat burner and then 1-2 scoops of RAGE and I've had outstanding workouts and that 'tunnel vision' kind of focus you want.-
Taste: 7/10 - The taste is just meh on this. It's not bad, its not great...its just ok. Compared to orange xtend, it just lacks the sweetness that orange xtend has. The orange taste is good, just lacks sweetness I think. I don't really care that much about taste with pre workouts as i just chug them anyways, but I thought i'd review this anyways.
Pumps: 10/10 - Have been breaking personal records every week while on this stuff... I just can't complain about this stuff.
Energy: 10/10 - This is the best part by far, I wake up at 5:30 am most mornings, chug this stuff and I'm locked and loaded by 6am when my workouts start. I have had some excellent workouts on this stuff and plan to get more!!!

I guess I'll ask here.
I used to take N.O. Xplode but had to stop because I started getting headaches after every workout (even with just one scoop). I then started using Animal Pump, and I haven't had a problem since. However, Animal Pump isn't like N.O. Xplode, in the sense I don't get that "power" feeling after taking it.
Is Animal Rage similar to N.O. Xplode in this regard? And has anyone heard of someone getting headaches because of it? (I've certainly met quite a number of people who get headaches on N.O Xplode)"Get up, and don't ever give up".

First and foremost thanks for the review. I agree 100% with the focus aspect of Rage. IMHO nothing beats it.
To answer your question, Animal Pump isn't an "energy" focused product. Don't get me wrong, it still has stims in it, however it's not a sudden rush like other products. It's more of a sustained release of energy as opposed to one quick bang.
Animal Rage does provide a sudden rush of energy. I've never heard of anyone getting headaches on it nor have I ever gotten any from it myself. Whats your current water intake like? That could be a big issue with those headaches as well.Magnum Nutraceuticals BB.com Forum Manager & Lead Sales Representative

I've used Jack3D and 1MR, among others not worth mentioning (naNO Vapor, N.O.Xplode). I posted in my own thread that I was looking for something that kept up the energy and the concentration... the "tunnel vision" as you called it. And my first reply was someone who thought I didn't know the meaning of a "concentrated workout powder."
Thanks again for the review, +1.

Yeah, I've heard that. With Rage, it's not a cracked out feelin'. More like a kick that comes on quick and then keeps going... But without the crash. And also a kind of energy that doesn't get in the way of the focus. Sometimes that cracked out feelin' gets in the way of focus IMHO. The Rage samples ya get will be the Rage product that's bein' sold, yup.

To be honest, I have to almost ritualize my pre-workout when taking the previously mentioned two "cracked out" products -- I know that 10 minutes after I take it I'm gonna feel like I'm on some sort of drug and get pumped up by putting music on or whatever, and it's not a terrible thing (I sound like a druggie now, great), just looking for something different.

Hahahaha, I hear ya. There are fellas who like that cracked out feelin'. If that's what ya want or are lookin' for, I think there are better choices out there. I, for one, don't like it. That's part of the reason I prefer the Rage caps over the powder. I tend to prefer less stimulation over more... Hey, that's me.
