Please tell me what you think, legs are being worked on now. Had a motorcycle wreck and broke my leg, knee now hurts but im working on it, hopefully within a year ill be proportional.

185lb for 10
195lb forr 9 and so on

lol man, then explain to me whats with triangle bench?? 5,4,3,2,1. Add 10lb with each rep you go down. I do 220x5, 230x4, 250x3, 260x2, and 270x1 on good chest days. and for each set, theres no way I can do 220x6 and so on, trust me ive tried and im working on it. I promise you, it works for me so **** off
And ****er, I didnt bounce it off my chest hard at all. Haters will be haters, and My butt stayed on the bench. The bar I use is thinner and heavier because I dont wrap my thumbs, so it gives me more grip. lol I ws called out and proven not to be a estater ****er. Ya the vid was 255, but like I said, I went for 275, failed, 270 half way, then just went for 255 and got it up. Did you not hear me say "finally got something up" at the end of the vid?? Improved yes, but bullsh*t on 'add 10lbs and -1 rep'. Your form isn't that great on your 195x10 video, especially on those preacher curls you let it rest on the rack at the bottom lol. You're doing your reps too fast and with no control.
