my buddy dl's like that. I don't but he claims it saves on his back while still allowing him to hit it, then transfers the large weight to his legs which will increase his squat. I think he is full of squat and told him that.

Would pay to see him do 341 on the deadlift/calf raise/squat exercise. (not actually sure what it is but the form looks impeccable)

What the f*** is this s***? I mean, usually I'm happy that kids are deadlifting and squatting instead of doing curls all day, but damn. In this case I'd prefer if he did nothing but curls and bench every day.

I give the kid credit for working out but this kind of "workout" is going to hurt him sooner or later--probably sooner. I know it goes without saying, but he should really lighten up the weight and get his form down. That deadlift, squat, and hangclean session was mighty painful to see.

i love the fact that during his 305 "deadlift" he could adjust his grip by rotating his hand around the bar
loved those deep squats too.... wish we could have seen what happened after the video was clipped lol
