I posted a similar question last week that made me rule out Con Crete (I think). I am looking for a new creatine product, I usually use plain old Monohydrate, and have used Cell Tech which some guys herre have made fun of me about.
Last post of mine made me feel like Con Crete was not worth the extra money but you know what is weird? there are only 3 Creatine products in the BB.com Top 50: Optimum Microionized in around 25ish, Higher Power CM at 41, and Concrete in the 40's... Concrete being the only "not generic" product.
Listen I have been working out for ever, I do not expect a new creatine to change things, I'm just looking to try a product I've never tried before.
Size on is in the running: Should I use regular or Pre Contest?
Whats the Diff Green Buldge/Magnitude... I know CL reps hate getting into threads
I also liked Universal Creatine Chews "5g of our pure USP Creatine in a Glycocarb Complex base (a new tri-glycemic carb matrix) that can optimize your Creatine uptake" - remember I am lookign for somehting out-of-the-box.
I know Betancourt also makes a product like this.
KreAkalyn - whats up with that?
What else?

Overtime I have been able to try a few pre-workouts but the two I stuck to were SizeON and Purple-K. However, now I just stack simple Creatine Monhydrate due to financial barriers (sucks being a student). To me SizeON is a great product for many reason, as it not only a creatine mix but also contains many other essentials. Gaspari is renown for their great products and that's a reason I usually stick with them, since they actually help you get "real results". I remember when I was taking SizeON I experienced great focus and energy during my workouts. I never crashed, and noticed recovery was also somewhat faster. If you have the money I would go with this one.
Purple K is a good KreAkalyn Creatine which I would also recommend. The thing there is you don't bloat from water retention while taking it nor is there a loading phase as your body absorbs 100% of it. Pretty much its a higher-end creatine which has better absorption and provides you with more energy. It's about $30 for 100 pills, and I usually took 2-4 pre-workout.
You can also always just stick to Creatine Monohydrate, any brand really workds... provided its 100% pure. That would probably be the cheapest and most basic option which works.

Green Mag is a great option. Lasts 80 days. More than just creatine and tastes great, makes great popsicles and sorbet on off days
Green Bulge has a different ratio of creatine with more MCC. It also has some additional workout bonuses including a stim free preworkout boost
Cant go wrong with eitherLast edited by powercage; 04-07-2011 at 02:04 PM.
