I have a question regarding when to take my protein.
Currently I am taking ON 100% HydroWhey inbetween meals and post workout, with Casien about 2 hours later before I go to sleep.
Would it be worthwhile to take a shake during my workout, or are the BCAA's i get from my preworkout good enough?

Eh, you don't need it intraworkout. Postworkout is fine, and just use it accordingly throughout the day as needed to hit your desired protein intake (which should be around 1-1.2 g/lb of BW). I would try getting a variety of sources if possible though, although you could probably get by with just whey if you're on a tight budget.
