If you like or "think" you have to be stimmed out to workout then Assault. If you need a break from stims or don't like them then Ultima. They are both solid, it just really comes down to if you want stims or not...

unforutnately, ultima is better than any of the supps on that list so it is worth buying is from another site

But you cant really compare a stim vs a stimless pre workout.

You will get incredible focus with Ultima.

Since you listed No Stim as a + for Ultima, go with Ultima. Because the stim aspect could be the only selling point for Assualt in comparison to Ultima. Take that from somebody who is one of the most harsh Ultima critics.

It is formulated for long term benefits, exactly the opposite of traditional stimmed products, who will perform worse over time.

assault isn't really traditionally stimmed, all it has is a low dose of caffeine, assault is made to perform better over a longer period of time as well (CONCRET,creapure,beta alanine,citrulline malate,etc), and btw they are all at hefty doses as well.

I've been told the mg amounts of some by the MP reps a while back, and they all sounded good, and of course every pwo has creatine, but most only have about 1g of creatine. Just by guessing I can tell that all of the assault's ingredients are dosed right, (totals out to a 30,000mg prop blend which is higher than ultima's ingredient mg total and assault has less ingredients than ultima so do the math? which one would you think has better dosed ingredients?)

Anyone that can successfully read an ingredient profile can easily see Ultima is superior is just about every way possible.

Even though it is not stim based and assault is, it is pretty easy to see which is better. The focus and endurance from Ultima is matched by nothing I have tried. Literally would get tunnel vision in the gym.

While I have not tried assault, it shouldnt even be in the same discussion.
