Hi!
My name is Elena, some of you might remember me from the first QBM Transformation Challenge http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showth...hp?t=129268061. A little over 90days ago I weighed 122lbs, I was out of shape, unhappy with my health and needed a change, thankfully ErgoGenix was there with the QBM Transformation Challenge. I lost a total of 16lbs and gained a new outlook on life.
Now I'm back after my LONG rest (1day) and ready to continue my progress. I'm entering the 2nd contest not so much to compete against others trying to achieve their dream bodies or to make a "transformation" as I feel at this point I couldn't change enough to really fulfill the spirit of what a transformation challenge should be. Instead I'm here to keep myself accountable and to continue supporting those who have supported me. I also believe in ErgoGenix and their products, specifically ErgoBurn which helped me immensely in the last challenge.
My Goals for the next 90days are the following:
- Maintain My Current Body Weight plus or minus 3lbs while gaining muscle and strength.
- Continue Increasing My PR's in all lifts with the following specifics:
- Bench Press: 135lbs
- Deadlift: 225lbs
- Barbell Curl: 70lbs
- Pullups: 5 x Unassisted
- Get in Stage Ready Shape For A NPC Bikini Competition June 5th
My diet will essentially remain the same as it's been for the past 90days; eggs for breakfast, snacks every 2hrs, TONS OF WATER, portion control, very limited alcohol consumption, and over all just eating clean.
For the next month I will reduce cardio to 1hr/day on the days I don't lift and 20mins/day on the days I do with at least one full rest day / wk. All with the heavy vest of course.
My lifting schedule will remain the same but rep sets will decrease while weights will increase. HEAVY HEAVY HEAVY!!!!
I look forward to another GREAT 90days and I'm excited to see everyone's progress!
Here are my starting Pics/Info:
Weight: 106.5 (weight today)
Waist: 25.25in
Arms: 9.5in
Forearms: 7.25in
Shoulders: 37in
Thighs: 18.5in
Hips: 32.75in
Calves: 12in

THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!
I just couldn't stay away, kind of starting to think this whole working out thing is becoming an addiction.
After my rest day yesterday I had to get back into it and hit it hard today:
30mins of cardio with the vest this morning then off to the gym this afternoon:
CHEST:
Flat Dumbbell Bench:
25lbs x 7reps
30lbs x 6reps
35lbs x 6reps
30lbs x 8reps
Flat Barbell Bench:
75lbs x 8reps
85lbs x 6reps
95lbs x 7reps
Barbell Decline Bench:
75lbs x 10reps
85lbs x 8reps
95lbs x 7reps
High Inclined Bench Situps w/ weight:
10lb plate x 18reps
10lb plate x 21reps
Tomorrow it's 1hr of cardio
Feels good to be back ...LOLLast edited by DeadliftMomma; 02-17-2011 at 08:02 PM. Reason: forgot exercise

DeadliftMomma - WELCOME to Round 2!! You are very inspirational thus far! Start building those muscles with me girl!!
I MUST ask a personal question because if I weighed 106lbs..which, I have weighed 106lbs before, I would have NO BOOBS. So, erm, is it weird for me to ask, are they real? Feel free to disregard this message if you're uncomfortable answering (or, you can private message me your answer if you don't want the entire bb.com world to know!) - I will keep it discretionary

Thanks for the warm welcome, muscle is the key, gotta help change the way society thinks about a how a woman's body should be
No worries I'm not embarrassed I have a quote to answer your question "Nothing Unreal Exists" LOL To be more specific God did not bless me with my current bust size, but he did bless the surgeon with the skill to increase it.
After having two kids and breast feeding with both of them "total combined 29months" I was left a bit..errr...deflated so my husband sold one of his motorcycles and voila! If you want the know the specifics i.e. cost/placement/recovery feel free to PM me. I've had them a little less than 1yr and I'm loving them so far, I feel it really adds to my femininity.Built On Pain, Forged By Persistence

No disrespect taken Only good vibes. My husband took them anyway so if he didn't want them out there with people commenting (good or bad) he never would have taken them. In fact he's the one that was "pushing" me to take sexier style pics (it's O.k. he went to college for photography so it's considered art and not pornography).

Thanks, for answering my question!! I've been thinking about getting them...... still thinking though. The only thing that REALLY worries me about getting the girls enhanced is:
What would my mother say/think? LOL.
I don't know why, but other peoples reaction - don't care. What my parents think on the other hand is a whole other issue!

Yeah my Mom is funny, I think she is having a harder time accepting how much weight I've lost during the challenge than my "fake" boobies. Nobody really gave me any crap though, at least not to my face.
Finished up my second round of cardio today, did 40mins with the vest this morning and 20mins this evening, tomorrow will be more of the same and then LEGS on Sunday. Time for tuna melts then off to the movies with some girlfriends.

Maybe Matt's loosing his edge?
Tried to post earlier but BB.com was down. Did this happen to anyone else??
Thanks, I'm really looking forward to continue supporting the others in this contest. That after all is why I've entered, the more people in here representing ErgoGenix and helping to motivate / support / drive each other the BETTER!!!
Today it was cardio again, got to get up and do my Saturday Latin Funk (the only reprieve I get from the vest). Rest of the day was spent in the house watching the kids since SOMEONE went Mountain biking and left me inside with a sick kid on a gorgeous day...I'm not bitter or anything Good news is he brought home a new keg of beer....bad news.....still can't drink any

There's only one direction to go.......
Following font is dedicated to Matt.
Legs:
Warmed up with 15mins of stairs with an added 2.2lbs in the vest for a total of 19lbs
Barbell Squat w/ Lunge combination:
55lbs x 10/10/10reps
55lbs x 12/12/12reps
60lbs x 10/10/10reps
60lbs x 10/10/10reps
Deadlift:
135lbs x 5reps
155lbs x 4reps
135lbs x 6reps
175lbs x 3reps
Didn't really feel like lifting, kinda got a bit of a cold from the kids, but I went ahead and did it. I'm not allowed to have a day off from legs for another few months Gotta keep the progress on track.Last edited by DeadliftMomma; 02-20-2011 at 08:33 PM.
