    bikini photoshoot in 7 days---advice please!

    I just want to look my best, i will increase cardio but wanted the best foods for keeping firm

    chicken breast, egg whites, asparagus, celery, and I was going to either supplment with fish oil capsules or have a tablespoon of olive oil

    lots of water, and coffee black,

    anything else? I am probably around 21body fat%, and want to lose as much water weight as possible....

    For me, I cut all complex carbs (oatmeal, sweet potatoes etc..) for three days and then carb-load for 2 and a half days. The first 2 and a half days I drank as much water as I could and ate nothing but fish and vegetables. The last three days, I drank as little water as possible - gives your skin a "tighter" look.
    Photoshoots are exciting, but stressful for sure! Good luck!
