Ait, its been 10days so far
been doing a CKD, goal atm is just to cut down and get leaner before starting a massive bulk
height 6ft 1.5
weight 91kg

diet daily intake is:
280gram protein
30gram carbs
130gram fats

Its only been "10" days, but I see progress. Keep it up and post a new pic in a month.

looks like a big change for ten days BUT some tips for future, when you take pictures for comparission purposes make sure there the same pose/angle, and when you do your height ROUND to 6'2" or 6'1", and if your gonna do american measuring standards make sure you do everything that way, or do metric... but nice progress for 10 day's

Good job for a short time frame. Keep leaning out before you bulk and take it slow.

Being lean > being fat and muscular.

Make sure if you're tensed in the first picture that you're tensed in subsequent pictures..also do the same pose....
