Thanks guys. I bumped it 10 pounds this round and actually expected to drop reps but I was able to add two reps. Psyched about this. I'll add 10 more pounds next week. I'm looking for around 12-14 reps on set one on light high rep day. To think I'm going to do this with more than body weight is amazing to me.

Thanks Gale. It was just one of those days where it felt right. I'm hoping that will Cary over to next week. I am still doing two weeks of lighter high rep and 3 weeks of heavy medium low rep. So far I like it. Not sure if hypertrophy is going on but strength is for sure. Im probably eating too much so I need to get back in line there.
