    Overtraining

    I play football on Saturday and Sunday so cannot do a gym workout on those days :

    Currently im doing this :

    Monday

    -Back
    -Bicep
    30 mins cardio

    Tuesday

    -Chest
    -Tricep

    Wednesday

    -Shoulders
    -Legs
    30 mins cardio

    Thursday

    -Back
    -Bicep

    Friday

    -Chest
    -Tricep
    30 mins cardio



    Im feeling really tired constantly any suggestions ?

    You shouldn't do a split for football. Do a strength program.


    No such thing as overtraining, we are just kids, test levels through the roof, just eat whaterr you want. Get plenty if rest you'll be fine.
