Agreed...he was on a smith machine and the spotter was pulling up. Overall, Nelly himself was probably doing only half of the lifting.

I highly doubt that he could even get that off his chest on a normal bench and olympic bar. I dont even understand why he would even put that part on the DVD its kinda funny.......
