yea if you train like a pussy.
supplements does not help with CNS burnout, wich you will experience training wholebody x2-3 each week going beyond failure on each set.
ofc there is genetic variations, my body needs low volyme or I will burnout, 4 day split is optimal for my genetics if I do failure training.
If I cut back and stopped each set 1-2 reps from failure I can up the volume, But my gains are not as good.
just from my experience everybody is different ofc.has no genetix

Stupid thread is stupid.
It doesn't matter how many feathers you stick up your butt, you'll never be a chicken.
And it doesn't matter how much synthol you use, you'll never be a bodybuilder.

Overtraining is very possible, even for the most genetically gifted/chemically enhanced pros. If there wasn't an optimum amount of time for working out, then pros could just work out 24/7 and always see increasing returns. The fact this doesn't occur signifies that they know their bodies have a limit.
Why people think otherwise amazes me.Frustrated at bodybuilding? Read my rant:

i would say if you train as somebody mentioned by going to or past failure, you can go for atleast 2 hours per day if supplemented. dont you guys remember the days of arnie and friends almost living at golds gym?? todays pros are lazy, and socially awkward so they dont like being out in public for more than 30 minutes. todays pros beleive that you have to spend more time eating than training, when you should spend an equal amount doing both.

its true
science is not fact, its merely theory
todays bodybuilding science: dont train longer than one hour or you'll get catabolic. How can a statement so unresearched be so influential?
so its like saying the RDI for vitamin C is 40 mg.. is this correct for everybody? i take 5000mg.. we are supposed to consume 25 grams of fiber per day? i dont **** unless i eat atleast 65 grams.
training for more than one hour = catabolism... how has this particular person accustomed himself to the stresses of his own regimen? is amount of weight lifted the only thing that should get increased while training? is it fair to assume that anything more than one hour is therefore counterproductive at building muscle?
i don't think so.
