+rep, your form is perfect. really gjdm
The world would be a better place if everyone would channel their frustration and anger to better themselves and be nicer to everyone they meet. Everyone has their own fights and stories to tell, you are not more important than another.

Because your feet are flat on the ground instead of having an arch on your heel, read that its supposively better and reduces risk of injury from knee and ankle or some ****.
Ya lmao, the kid towards the left is actually one of my friends I use to work with, don't know the kid on the right tho.
Ya definitely...thanks dude.
Thanks, ya it was my first time trying it believe it or not lol.

Nice lift man! I also wear socks while squatting or deadlifting. Besides the obvious closer to the ground it also helps balance yourself

Thanks dude, ya I was thinking the same but I already did 3 other sets of singles and I didn't want to risk further injury. Been watching a lot of dave tate and EliteFTS videos, and I keep hearing them say that like 99% of injuries occur when you try to go above and beyond your goal. I'll definitely try to get it closer to my true max next time though now that I have more knowledge about how to go about maxing.
Well in 7 months I went from 270x1 deadlift to 405x1...keep in mind though I was mainly training for size most of this time. I would mix it up and do strength here and there but mainly size training. Now I will focus on strength for 3-4 months straight and try to put up some big numbers. Definitely a reasonable goal, if you put it in the hard work, eat and rest enough, you'll be there in no time cuz.
Thanks guys...ya no shoes FTW lol.
Definitely feels like 10x better especially since the shoes I lift in are about 3-4 years old, beat up, ripped, don't know how they still even fit me.
