    125lbs looking to get some real size(Pic)

    Alright so Ive been working out for a while. Kinda half assing my nutrition. I am looking to gain some real size now. I have a good base to start off with. My goal for right now is to be around 140-150lbs at around spring time. Would much rather prefer 150lbs. How much should I up my calories to? 3000? And what are good foods to bulk with? Thanks.

    The search on this forum works wonders. You can search pretty much anything and find dozens of threads. It's probably best to start there. Also - check out some of the stickies within the different forums. That will get you on a good start.

    you have 1300+ posts how have you not read everything you need?

    either way, i'd say probably 3000kcals a day as i'm on 3300kcals or so atm and gaining good so

    pasta. oats. fish. steak. chicken

    i went from 125ish to 204lbs in a year and doubled my body size when i was 18-19.... 30-32 waist to a 36-38..... i tried weight gainers and they worked a little... the best thing that worked for me was 3 pb@j on white bread everynight before i went to sleep...
    CURRENT 15.5% bodyfat.... GOAL 9%..... ... trying to get to a solid 175ish

    Yeah haha I train legs too. I take them slow though. With squats I increase the weights really slowly because if I ruin/injure my knees from squats it will pretty much be with me for the rest of my life. Right now I squat around 150lbsx12 but im sure if I actually pushed myself it would be higher. And thanks.. for the huge comment.
