Alright so Ive been working out for a while. Kinda half assing my nutrition. I am looking to gain some real size now. I have a good base to start off with. My goal for right now is to be around 140-150lbs at around spring time. Would much rather prefer 150lbs. How much should I up my calories to? 3000? And what are good foods to bulk with? Thanks.

Look more than 125lbs to me,
you have 1300+ posts how have you not read everything you need?
either way, i'd say probably 3000kcals a day as i'm on 3300kcals or so atm and gaining good so

i went from 125ish to 204lbs in a year and doubled my body size when i was 18-19.... 30-32 waist to a 36-38..... i tried weight gainers and they worked a little... the best thing that worked for me was 3 pb@j on white bread everynight before i went to sleep...
CURRENT 15.5% bodyfat.... GOAL 9%..... ... trying to get to a solid 175ish

Yeah haha I train legs too. I take them slow though. With squats I increase the weights really slowly because if I ruin/injure my knees from squats it will pretty much be with me for the rest of my life. Right now I squat around 150lbsx12 but im sure if I actually pushed myself it would be higher. And thanks.. for the huge comment.
