    help me at new job

    long story short i started a new job like a month ago. i get along with every1 except the manager who works close by us and is there everyday. the problem is he has THE WORST jokes. he says the dumbest **** that EVERYONE else thinks is hilarious and i dont even smirk at its that not funny. so of course when we're all standing there i dont say anything or laugh because its more annoying than anything. and he has commented several times on how "shy" and "quiet" i am, and that i need to "loosen up". if its just me and the other workers we're always laughing but when hes around its completely different and i am mute. what should i do about this? i dont really care for the guy or his ****ty "jokes". any suggestions?
