Well, tonight I was approached by my wife about wanting to purchase a 30 day supply of Shakeology shakes. At over $120 for a 30 day supply, I was obviously skeptical. Has anybody had any experience with this? Is there anything available like it on Bodybuilding.com? Just looking for more info before I give my wife the OK to make the purchase.

After using google and reading about them, it seems that you could buy her a meal replacement powder and a multi and accomplish the same things that these shakes will. Also, it'd be more cost-effective to do that rather than the Shakeology way.

Looks like garbage to me. You could do a lot more for $120 a month.

I agree, I also did some more research and found that shakeology is involved with one of those Multi-Level-Marketing programs. All of those just seem a bit sketchy to me. Do they make multi-vitamin powders that you could probably mix with a little whey? Is there any other type supplement that almost mirrors the shakeology?

my wife was about to buy that stuff. but i convinced her to try - Magnum Nutraceuticals Performance Edge - instead. its cheaper then Shakeology, and similiar (a greens drink). Edge doesnt taste that bad if you mix with Orange Juice.
