I am 14 and i go to the gym for about 4 months but i started a few weeks ago really starting into diet and calculate the proteins and the calories and what foods i eat. I currently go with my dad at the gym and i have a few questions! Does creatine, bcaa and whey protein harm me in like growth stunting or anything? Im 5,7(170 cm) and i have a personal trainer. I do take multi vitamins and vitamin D.

No supplements for a minor. Stick to training, nutrition and enough sleep.
