This olympia reminded me of the 1999 O with a body builder with full muscle belly's vs someone with pure size. It ended the same way.

Amazing....
I used to think his arms were a tad too big, but looking at how huge his legs are now, I no longer get that impression. He's sooo complete. Not taking anything away from Jay, but Phil definitely looked better than him this year, imo.
