    Creatine loading phase

Hey I just bought GNC Pro Performance Creatine Monohydrate and I have two questions, 1 I wanted to do a loading period and I want to know how much to take each day during that period (a week) and how much water to drink during that week. 2nd question is at what time should I take creatine daily?

Will I have any digestion problems from taking so much creatine when I start? I'm only 15 and 130lbs and just making sure.

Oh........ 130 pounds ? god damn lol
k try like... 15-20 for loading and 5 for maintenance

creatine will only work if you:
    Have a good diet
    Train hard
    Enough sleep
    Drink enough water

Creatine is simpler than people make it seem. they make it seem like is a damn drug. For your first question you can choose to take 15 grams for 7 days or 20 grams for 5 days( id do 20 for 5 days). your drinking about 2 litters of water per day or more always try to get more than 2 in.after the 5 days just take 5 grams each day and IT DOESNT MATTER what time you take creatine it can be either before or after it will still help you. You take it for One month and stop for another month. Try to split the water drinking through the day so you dont get bloated and gives you space to eat.
