Ronnie all-time easily (out of the top 10 guys. I think I remember kovaks having like 36" quads but that doesn't count if the bone in his leg has 10" girth). Out of the current top Olympians I'd say probably toney freeman because of his height. All measurements are bigger when you are taller.

It wouldn't just be the quads you are measuring because the hamstrings make up a large part of the upper leg as well.

he has the one of the best quad shape and quad gentics. So deep, thick, and cross-striated.....like feathers of steel. I've seen a pic of his legs when he was a teenager playing football and track and even then they were so developed.Originally Posted by purdey
