I don't see why you made this unnecessary thread for. Also , the egg yolk contains half the protein of the egg. Please read articles before you actually give advices on nutrition that are completely false and would actually hinder people's progress if they follow it . Also , i've saw the ''i'm into horse porn'' . I can't take you seriously , nor do i understand what's up with you and giving nutrition advices to people who clearly know how to cut and bulk and if they don't , i'm pretty sure the supersite has articles as well as in the forums . Please educate yourself about nutrition and then start making threads.
