Growth spurt? Height increase? That much weight and no muscle over pouring or fat doesnt make sense.

It could just be me but I do NOT see a 80lb increase between the pictures...It literally looks like one picture your sitting and the next your flexing, looks like the same weight but if you did actually put on 80lbs in one year (around 6.5lbs a month) then congrats and keep it up but the pictures then do not do you justice at all!
Edit: You do however look bigger in your May 13th photo...

Here's what 40lbs looks like in one year and arms from 12" to 15.5". And yes I do not see a difference in the pictures you showed however going into your profile and looking and the other pictures I do see a difference.
Also thats really scary if your arms were 6" at over 6 feet tall like really scary. I have really tiny wrists for a 5'7 person and my wrists are 7.5" so a 6" flexed bicep on a 6'4" is ridiculous!!!Last edited by Degroot1989; 08-07-2010 at 08:23 AM.

lmao 19-20" thanks bro, that's me in the photo so I think I know how big my arms are. They measured exactly 12" in the first photo and I weighed 129.5lbs (morning) and second photo measure 15.5" with pump flexed nothing more and I weigh 168.5lbs (morning).
...I guess a well developed arm (working bicep and triceps properly) at 15.5" looks bigger on someone who is 5'7.5

I'm sorry but that is not 80lbs. How do I know? Because I went exactly through what you did. I was 6'3 125lbs. Look below.
Then within a year, I jumped to 192lbs, and I was 6'4.5. Even with the smallest frame, I was bigger than you. Your arms are not 15". How do you start off with 6" biceps? My penis is that thick.
Here is around 185.
I look skinny for my weight, and I still have more size than in your after picture when you supposedly have 15lbs over me, while I am slightly taller. It's hard for us tall freaks, but keep at it and keep pushing man. One day you'll get in shape and you'll love being 6'4.
John
BTW, I checked your bodyspace, you have more pictures that show how big you got. Those I can believe you're 200lbs in. Why didn't you upload those?

Height probably has a lot to do with it ... Like the length of his arms in proportion to the rest.
My arms are 16's and they look similar to his skinny pic.
Also, it looks like the picture might have been stretched a little. His arms and the word "animal" sort of give it away, or perhaps that's just an optical illusion, I dunno. There's two kinds of people who'll give you negative rep for having a strong and sometimes offensive opinion; bitchy girls and girlymen.

Hey OP....THIS ^^^^^ IS "AMAZING". Your gains are "NICE" but over stated in my opinion. I think your scale is off but you are still pretty darn young...you have loads of potential improvement in your future when your metobolism slows down naturally. You will be just fine..just keep working hard!

The picture isn't stretched, the animal shirt is a large and really long on me, I'm only 5'7. Nothing in the photo is out of proportion. My arms look even bigger on the camera.
After arm day (bicep/triceps) my arms measured 40cm but if I moved the tap measure up closer to my shoulder it measures 42cm, which is 16.5". I guess they grew since I last measured them a month in a half ago. The tape measure is the GNC red and white one so maybe it's off and they are bigger.
Also to the previous reply, why can't you wear an animal shirt if you have 16" arms? Is there a certain size they have to be to wear their shirts? The gym I go to 95% of the people won't even know what Animal is lol
