Im cycling off jack3d for another 2 weeks and i saw how cheap beta alanine is. could i take b.a without its effects wearing off and is it a good idea to take it while cycling off jack3d?
would it itself be effective?

Spot on information as usual
OP: BA is not even a pre-workout product. No more than creatine is. They are very similar in optimal method of delivery as well. Though quite different in their MOA. They are only included in pre's as a convenient way to get a dosing of BA in.Latest Reviews:

Trust me OP. Take 3 grams Citrulline Malate, 2g Beta Alanine, and 2-3g Creatine Mono. Best pre workout & recovery home brew. Creatine Mono doesn't really do much pre workout but your taking those other two so might as well take it at the same time, plus more placebo. If you want you can just take the creatine post workout. Take another 3g Citrulline M and 2g of BA post work out. Just mix it with some dextrose/gatorade powder for pre and post with either protein+carbs or just carbs in a shaker.
Basically you want to take atleast 6 grams of citrulline malate and 3-6 grams of BA per day. Spread the Citrulline M twice a day and BA three times per day. Creatine you don't need to take more than 3g spread 3 times a week preferably on workout days.

Focus, concentrate, lift, rest adequately, repeat. No talking.
The only way you will get smarter is by playing a smarter opponent.
The only way you will get stronger is by training with a stronger partner.
If you need to grunt while moving some heavy ass weight in the gym, go for it. I probably can't hear you anyway since I have some Black Sabbath turned to 11 in my ears.
But grunting in the locker room, especially from behind a stall door, is just fooking disturbing. Please refrain.

No... you felt "great" on your jacked because of 1,3-dimethylamylamine... and perhaps schizandrol-A. Beyond that you got AAKG, caffeine, and mono along with beta-alanine. You probably associated the beta-alanine tingles with the "high" or "rush" you felt from the 1,3... so you mistakenly thought they go hand-in-hand.
As is said above beta alanine is used to raise muscle carnosine (an acid buffer that maintains ideal energy product/respiration for longer in muscles... esentially helps with the "lactic acid burn.")
If you are looking for pumps and energy, you'll have to look elsewhere (BA isn't going to satisfy those demands)Disclaimer: The above statments represent my own opinion. The above statements do not constitute medical advice.
