    help on my weight lose diet please

    i just started using the gym again and eating good,im trying to just loose weight right now not to concerned about the muscle loss. any help and critique of my diet would be very appreciated, thanks

    10am- 5 egg whites(150 cal), 1 scoop whey w/water
    1pm-chicken/broccoli ( 170 cal)
    3pm- 1 tan of tuna- (100 cal)
    6pm- chicken/ broccoli( 170 cal)
    9pm- 2 cans tuna(200 cal) whey w/ water

    Might snack on a handful of almonds or some fat free plain greek yogurt every other day.

    Im doing cardio 7 days a week, HIIT 4 days a week. Lifting 3-4 days a week..

    Let me know any advice thanks again

    thats a pretty low calorie diet man...I think you might start seeing yourself breaking down on the cardio after a week or so? also maybe a rest day/refeed day could really help you out long term. I've been eating low calorie for the past few weeks, but still intake a bit more that that. Also the rest day really helps me out. Good luck though man

    If your doing cardio 7 days a week that's probably not enough calories throughout the day. You will loose weight
    but you may loose more muscle than you think. Listen to your body it will tell you what it needs.
