9 months progress with knee surgery in between about 6 months

9 months progress took 3 months off due too knee surgery been lifting legs for a month out of the 9 months as it is just starting to get better. Also i never had a diet in check until about a month ago i am currently intaking around 3500 to 4000 calories a day trying to bulk to 185. currently 160lbs

i am starting to get real serious im not sure if u can tell that i have made much progress but the knee surgery defftinatly hurt me because i lost alot of muscle but please critique thanks
