This is what I bring to work with me every day:
25g All Bran (use the firm's milk )
250g raw broccoli
180g tuna mixed with 1 tablespoon of regular mayonnaise
200g mackerel fillets
I split that up over about 5 meals through the day, drinking water, green tea and black coffee with it. Because it's all ready to eat I save a lot of time from not having to go out for lunch as well. And you get into the routine of preparing it every morning, so it doesn't take any time at that end either. It's all sorted by the time my eggs have boiled.

That tuna that comes in a pouch that you don't need to drain. Mix it with a packet of mayo and a packet of mustard stolen from the cafeteria at work. Add a dash of pepper. Chow down.
I'll also usually cook a couple burgers on the GF grill, let them cool and then just put them individually in sandwich bags. I grab 2 when I go to work, if I feel motivated and care about what it tastes like, I'll microwave it and add some mayo with a tiny dash of ketchup for flavor. Otherwise I'll just eat it cold.Ron J
