I know there's certain foods and vitamins that'll help it progress, and others that will have opposite effect such as fish food or mercury.
Reason i ask cuz me and a girlfriend had a scare not to long and got to wondering about it.
So what would be nutrionally bad for a 2-4 pregnacie?

My understanding is that there is these days a nasty pill that a woman can take even many days or even weeks after getting pregnant, and it will still get rid of everything just like the "morning after" pill or a real abortion would. It also appears that a woman will be feeling like **** for several hours as this pill does it's "business"

^^ google search, I guess this is it.

If you haven't realized this yet, I don't think this forum (comprised mostly of guys in their 20s and 30s) is the best place to as this question ;P
Anyways, from what I remember from my nutrition class, an excess of certain B vitamins is associated with increasing the risk for certain birth defects (in other words, if a pregnant women wants to supplement with vitamins, a prenatal at a proper dosage is a much safer idea than a traditional multi). Also, too much vitamin A in a form other than beta carotene can also cause defects, but this is only really a problem if she's eating a ton of liver (or other animal sources of vit. A).

Well you 'say' you are 25, you really should have this down by now. But in case this is your first girlfriend she needs to get on birth control. The only way to stop a pregnancy naturally would stop her from ovulating, and unless she is the type that likes to exercise alot then it wont work. Typically female athletes lose there menses ( period, if that needs to be dumbed down) therefore it is pressumed she is not ovulating. But it takes alot of exercise... trust me I know. Excess of 2 hours a day at least.
