NOTES: Yay for muscle memory. Slowly coming back. I made my feet a little wider this time and it felt better. I think when I hurt my back the first time it was because my feet were to close together putting my back in poor position (i.e. hips rising first)

315 x 1
335 x 5
DEAD ROWS: 275 x 6

(3) PLATE LOADED SHRUG MACHINE*PWO ONLY

NOTES: I stopped doing barbell shrugs because the bar kept hitting my massive penor. Also, these were all drop sets.

(4) PULLDOWNS:

Yep I do a couple rotations in and out and up and down before my pressing sessions.

Yea I have perfected a technique that feels like it completely isolates my rear delts. I try to pull the rope apart and it kills my rear delts...just have to do them sort of high rep.

Yea I have hit em before. I haven't seriously lifted since like April, so my lifts have been rebounding nicely.

I don't think you need to use a lot of weight on face pulls. Feel it more with high rep low weight.
